We're looking for an ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER to join our team at Friendship CDJR of Johnson City! Our ideal candidates are reliable, self-motivated and enjoy working with people! What You'll Do:

• Promptly greet customers to obtain contact and vehicle information
• Clearly document vehicle issues and customer concerns
• Determine and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs
• Prepare an accurate estimate for the cost of services
• Monitor the service process and update customers frequently
• Communicate completed services and charges to customers
• Verify invoices and repair orders
• Assist Service Manager as needed

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation for this position is driven by incentives and commission and includes guaranteed monthly income.
