Ramsey Solutions is seeking a dynamic and innovative Associate Creative Director to lead the website and account strategy. This role demands profound expertise in product knowledge, coupled with a deep understanding of customer discovery processes and digital innovation.

As an integral part of our team, the Associate Creative Director will collaborate closely with leaders, influencing the creative direction from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will drive user-centric experiences that align with our brand values, while also delivering exceptional functional and aesthetic outcomes. They will be responsible for managing a team of 6 creatives (3 Designers, 2 Writers & 1 Product Designer), fostering their professional growth, and ensuring the delivery of innovative and impactful solutions.

• Strategic Leadership: Shape the design initiatives and overall product experience to align with the brand’s evolution, focusing on website and account strategy
• Product Knowledge: Utilize profound expertise in product knowledge to guide the creative direction and strategy for website and account management
• Customer Discovery: Engage directly with customers to gain insights, understand their journey, and leverage this knowledge to inform product and design decisions
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 6 creatives, fostering collaboration and driving creative excellence
• Hands-on Contribution: Demonstrate the ability to produce high-quality work when the team encounters challenges and teach the team the methods used to achieve these solutions
• Brand Elevation: Play a pivotal role in driving user-centric experiences that align with our brand values, delivering exceptional functional and aesthetic outcomes
• Collaborative Environment: Collaborate closely with leaders across the organization to guide the creative team towards elevated outputs and expanded capabilities

What Winning Looks Like:

The Associate Creative Director will be responsible for:

• Creative Vision: Steering the progression of the Ramsey Solution’s brand, tone, and creative approach for the next phase of the brand evolution on the website’s home page
• Innovation: Challenging the confines of creative innovation, maintaining a high standard of excellence and aesthetic
• Cross-Functional Relationships: Inspiring deep and fun cross-functional relationships that build stronger products for our community
• User-Centered Design: Driving the creation of user-centered design concepts, prototypes, and final designs that reflect both creative excellence and technical feasibility
• Feedback Culture: Fostering an open culture of design critique and feedback across Brand and Marketing executions for cohesive and impactful outcomes
• Executive Collaboration: Working closely with our executive team to translate vision into Brand and Marketing experiences
• Brand Narrative: Helping define and shape the next phase of the brand narrative, evangelizing it through various channels and mediums

Functional Experiences, Skills, & Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and professional experience:

• A fan of Ramsey Solutions
• 7+ years in a creative leadership role, driving the development of a brand, with a focus on communication, identity, and brand experience within a consumer technology/digital-focused environment
• Extensive product knowledge and experience with customer discovery processes
• Proven ability to talk to customers and gain insights to inform product decisions
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful product design projects
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and design system
• Excellent leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making data-informed design decisions
• Experience developing strong collaboration across design, product, and engineering
• Sharp eye for creative excellence, detail, and taste
• Always in tune with the “pulse” of the organization; a demonstrated track record of influencing, listening, building trust, and affecting change
• Collaborative business partner. Ability to build strong, open working relationships characterized by mutual respect
