Clinical Manager
Manage day to day clinic operations, ensuring clinical quality expectations are met - Compliance oversight including, but not limited to: Office of Inspector General, Joint Commission, and Environment of Care Lab compliance and other related items - Emphasis on the review/ management of clinics expenses and financial performance - Take an active role in enrollment growth and retention - Provide patient and family education with a focus on self-management, prevention, and wellness - Monitor discharge list and contact patients for follow up - Establish and maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for our colleagues and veterans, ensuring needs and expectations are consistently met - Hold meetings to keep clinic staff informed - Maintain necessary documentation for staff - Maintain the SDS book and run encounter reports - Approve attendance, time off requests, and time sheets - Ensure all alerts are being maintained - Manage and maintain examination supply stock
