Certified Hospice Aide This job requires a CNA with HHA (Home Health Aid Certification) Located in Sonoma County Hiring for 3 positions: 20-40 hours Pay $28 an Hour Start time 6:30am/7am CNAs make life brighter for the patients they serve—let us make your career just as rewarding. As a Certified Hospice Aides | CNA's | HHA's , here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Provide personal care and hygiene support to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort and dignity
• Work collaboratively with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Monitor and document vital signs, and report significant changes in patient condition
• Support patients with mobility, including ambulation and range of motion exercises
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for patients

A few must-haves for Certified Hospice Aides:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and valid certification as a Home Health Aide and Certified Nursing Assistant in CA
• Experience in hospice or home health care needed
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Compassionate nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
