This position is part of the Finance team located in Fargo, ND and will be fully in-office. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) group and report to the Finance Manager - FP&A responsible for financial analysis related to Aldevron's Strategy departments as well as overall FP&A duties.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Financially support departments in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
- Define, build, analyze, monitor, and report various financial and non-financial metrics for the company to enable sound strategy and decision-making
- Prepare Budget vs Actual spending reports, analyze variances, and present to department leaders
- Support the FP&A group in managing financial data using a variety of systems (Excel, PowerBI, Microsoft D365, and others)
- Assist with ad hoc questions and requests
The essential requirements of the job include: - Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or related field
- 1-3+ years working in finance or accounting
- Experience performing financial analysis, including, but not limited to variance analysis, investment analysis, or business analysis
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Experience preparing financial and/or operational reports to assist in decision making
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Manufacturing environment
- Health Services or Medical Device Industry
The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
