Position: Government Underwriter (Remote)

We're excited to invite an experienced Government Underwriter to join our dynamic team! This fully remote role is perfect for someone looking to contribute their expertise in a supportive and rewarding environment.

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of underwriting experience, including proficiency in FHA and conventional loans. Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of conventional underwriting experience
- At least 5 years of FHA experience
- D.E./CHUMS ID required
- Preferred: 5 or more years of mortgage lending experience
- VA credit and SAR qualified

Key Responsibilities:
- Underwrite FHA and VA loans within company-specified limits (signing authority)
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of FHA/VA guidelines, FHA Connection, and VA WebLGY
