Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate needs to have experience in managing real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and efficiently. The candidate must also understand title binders, novations, double closings, and assignment agreements. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate real estate transactions from contract to closing.
- Prepare and review all transaction documents, including contracts, disclosures, and closing statements.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies.
- Communicate regularly with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary activities.
- Monitor transaction timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with problem-solving and troubleshooting issues that may arise during the transaction process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction records and files.
- Provide administrative support to the real estate team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate transaction coordination.
- Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes and legal requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and real estate software applications.
