Lead PHP/WordPress Developer Description

We are looking for a Lead PHP/WordPress Developer to lead the implementation of solutions and drive the future of web development with us. As a Team lead, you will be responsible for establishing project requirements and goals, supervising the technical team, and managing people. As a WordPress developer, you will handle both back-end and front-end development, including creating modules and plugins from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of solutions from project requirements to solution 'go-live'
• Manage and supervise the technical team, providing guidance and support
• Handle both back-end and front-end development, including the creation of modules and plugins from scratch

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong programming ability and proficiency in PHP and WordPress as well as hands on experience with MySQL
• A proven track record experience with JavaScript and CSS
• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
• Superior problem-solving skills and debugging capabilities
• Agile and proactive, possessing a team-first approach to challenges
• B2+ English level proficiency

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cross-browser functional testing as well as an awareness of common web development pitfalls and solutions would be considered as a huge advantage
