About Us:
We are a small physical therapy practice located at 115 Pelham Road, Unit 12, Greenville, SC 29615.
We focus on helping active adults, ages 40-60+, in Greenville, SC, overcome pain and injury and return to an active life without medications, injections, or surgery.
We teach our patients how to use their bodies and educate them on the contributing factors of pain. We are out-of-network with all insurance companies. This means we are in control to provide the care that our patients deserve. This creates a work environment that most physical therapists long for, such as:
- Complete focus on one patient at a time, as we see each patient for 50 minutes of one-to-one treatment sessions with a 10 minute documentation buffer.
- Seeing 6-8 patients daily so you can go home feeling energized, not exhausted.
- Treating patients who value their health and are motivated to get better.
- Learn from some of the best physical therapists in the area with advanced orthopedics and strength and conditioning training.
- The ability to use your talents to change lives every day.
You Should Apply If:
- You're looking for an uplifting and encouraging work environment.
- You value personal and professional growth and are committed to learning.
- You enjoy treating patients, building strong relationships, and long for one-to-one treatment sessions.
- You want to learn more about strength and conditioning and a movement-based approach to physical therapy. Our founder is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).
- We use a multifaceted approach that helps us get to the source of the problem. Then, we use our skills, education, and training to help our patients reclaim an active life.
- You want to get on the ground floor of working for a 100% cash-based practice to spend time with the patients and not deal with the headaches of working for insurance companies.
- You listen to your patients' needs and adjust their programs based on your conversations. There are no cookie-cutter programs.
You May Be a Good Fit If:
- You're excited about helping the middle-aged population and enjoy non-operative orthopedic cases.
- You like to exercise and want to learn more about incorporating strength training into rehabilitation.
- You're self-motivated and passionate about personal and professional growth.
- You're organized, can multi-task, and prioritize projects while completing your notes on time.
- You prefer not to work for big-box clinics, the military, or hospital-based systems; you are looking for a more family-like environment.
- You want to work in a small business, knowing that your contributions will have a lasting impact.
Required Skillset
- One year of orthopedic physical therapy experience is preferred.
- You love to learn and want to better understand strength and conditioning, orthopedic physical therapy, and movement.
- You are licensed to practice in the State of South Carolina.
- You can build trust with patients quickly and are motivated to build lasting relationships.
- You listen, want to collaborate as a team, and constantly strive to improve yourself.
- You're not camera-shy, as we like to do videos and share content on social media.
- You're willing to teach small workshops to share education with potential patients.
- You believe physical therapy is life-changing and provides tremendous value.
- You're willing to have conversations with patients about exchanging money for value.
