Location: Sr Fargo, ND/Moorhead, MN, and surrounding areas
Salary: USD $75,000 – $90,000 per year

 

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Field Claims Adjuster Sr to join our team. This is a field-based role, primarily covering the Fargo/Moorhead, ND area and surrounding regions. The position offers remote work flexibility when not actively inspecting claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Inspections: Conduct on-site inspections of property claims within the assigned territory.
• Claims Investigation: Manage property claims from inception through resolution, ensuring thorough investigations and accurate assessments.
• Estimate Preparation: Utilize Xactimate to prepare detailed estimates for property damage.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a smooth claims process.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, communications, and claims progression.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Territory Requirement: Must reside within the Fargo/Moorhead, ND area or be willing to relocate.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience as an onsite Property Adjuster (not just desk adjusting) with a preference for candidates who have worked for an insurance carrier.
• Xactimate Proficiency: Experience using Xactimate for claims and estimate preparation.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record in delivering superior customer service.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Drone Experience: Experience using drones for property inspections.
• Construction Knowledge: Understanding of construction practices and terminology.
