Research and Book Travel Packages: Assist clients by researching and booking customized vacation packages.
Create Quotes and Itineraries: Develop detailed vacation quotes, itineraries, and invoices tailored to client needs.
Training Participation: Engage in live and recorded training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Secure Payments: Safely handle and process client payments.
Client Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with clients via phone and email, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Book Travel Services: Coordinate and book a variety of travel services, including hotels, cruises, resorts, travel insurance, flights, rental cars, and excursions.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Age: 18 years or older.
Residency: Must be a U.S. resident.
Language: Fluent in English.
Technology: Access to a smartphone and/or computer (recommended).
Connectivity: Reliable internet access.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills.
Motivation: Highly motivated and proactive.
Attitude: Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Flexible Hours: Work at your own pace and on your own schedule.
