Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000 (includes bonus/commission and benefits)

Role Summary
As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in the success of our Salesforce projects. You'll collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, provide insights, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your expertise in Salesforce and ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions will be key. While this role is primarily remote, occasional travel to client sites across the U.S. will be required as project needs arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops or meetings to elicit business and technical requirements, building consensus among stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the technical team.
- Work with project managers to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in training end-users on new features or changes.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features to deliver optimal solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior business analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Availability to travel to various sites across the U.S. regularly.
- Salesforce certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
