Each summer, DAVIS welcomes 25+ college students to the DC metro area to participate in a 12-week internship experience. From day one, interns are part of the team, immersed into their chosen field learning directly from professionals, as well as opportunities to participate in social, philanthropic, and educational events. Furnished housing is provided.

Here’s what you get to do:
· Practice and champion safety
· Engage in planned social, philanthropic, and educational events throughout the summer with the Intern class
· Day-to-Day Experience:
o Construction Operations Interns will complete day-to-day tasks such as reviewing contract drawings, taking progress photos, compiling punch lists, submitting RFIs, processing submittals, assisting with the change order process, taking part in meetings, and more based on the projects’ needs
o Resource Group Interns (Business Solutions, Marketing Communications, Accounting + Financial Reporting, People Operations, Field Engineering, and EHS) will support the day-to-day operations of the department and help to meet departmental and company goals

DAVIS is committed to providing our employees with a competitive total compensation package that enhances your quality of life. The base hourly range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00. DAVIS offers a 100% employer-paid health care plan (to include family), life insurance, short- and long-term disability benefits, and an annual contribution to your HSA. DAVIS also offers annual incentive bonus, paid time off + annual holidays, financial benefits (401(k), Roth, and ESOP), FSAs, fertility and family-forming assistance, and continuing education.
