About Avid4 Adventure

Founded in 2004, Avid4 Adventure is the premier outdoor adventure summer camp for kids. We have camp in 8 states this summer all across the country. We lead campers on authentic outdoor adventures that include rock climbing, mountain biking, SUP & kayak paddling, and more! With a mission of empowering kids to choose active outdoor lifestyles, our programs are designed to launch kids into a lifetime of outdoor adventure. We believe that our environment and our people are just as important as profit and we are proud to be a  Certified B Corp and consistently in the top 50 on  Outside Magazine's Best Places to Work .

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of camp
• 1 year of college or equivalent life experience (preferred)
• Must enjoy spending time with kids and having fun
• Minimum of Basic First Aid & CPR certification by the start of camp (and we can point you in the right direction to get this done)

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday, about 40 hours/week
• This is a seasonal position, training starts in late May/early June and camp runs through mid-August. For specific dates and details on each location & program, please click here .
