Management experience with antivirus, Entra ID, and MDM, as well as experience with CrowdStrike and Microsoft Intune. strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows Server), virtualization technologies, and cloud computing platforms. Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools. Project management skills. strong problem-solving and communication skills.
