Job Summary: Digi Solutions is seeking a talented and ambitious Website / WordPress Developer to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Full-Time individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality websites using WordPress. You will also ensure website functionality and optimization for a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying updated with the latest website development technologies. Compensation & Benefits: This is a Full-Time salaried position with a salary range of $40,000 to $55,000 per year, paid biweekly. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites on the WordPress platform
  • Develop and maintain website layouts and user interfaces
  • Ensure website functionality and performance across various devices and browsers
  • Write efficient and clean code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other necessary languages
  • Integrate third-party tools and plugins to enhance website functionality
  • Troubleshoot and debug code to resolve website issues
  • Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies to implement in projects
  • Regularly communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
  • Conduct regular website maintenance and updates as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in website development using WordPress
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant coding languages
  • Solid understanding of website development principles and best practices
  • Experience with responsive and mobile-friendly website design
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience with graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Prior experience working in an agile development environment is preferred
