Job Description
A a well-respected mechanical contractor is seeking an HVAC Installer to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* System Installation: Install HVAC systems and components, including ductwork, thermostats, and controls, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
* Preparation and Planning: Review project plans and specifications to determine the best installation methods and materials required.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections of installed systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with industry standards.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including project managers and service technicians, to coordinate installations and ensure project timelines are met.
* Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any installation issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the project schedule.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, including materials used and any changes made to project plans.
* Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Qualifications:
* 3yrs Experiance in Residential or Commercial HVAC Service Technician & Installation Experience
* High School Diploma or greater.
* Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
* Must have strong skillset of commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
* Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modifications and design
* Great communication skills with both clients, coworkers, and project managers.
* Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must!
* Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work
* Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
